About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking an Executive Lounge Manager / Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its Executive Lounge. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Role Overview

The Executive Lounge Manager / Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the Executive Lounge service meet high standards, contributing to memorable stays for every guest. This role involves direct oversight of service delivery and adherence to quality protocols for executive and VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the daily execution of Executive Lounge service standards to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Uphold brand and quality standards consistently to exceed the expectations of executive and VIP guests.
Respond to guest enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure guest supplies are consistently stocked and that all lounge areas meet established cleanliness and service standards.
Ensure team members possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel services, VIP preferences, and local attractions, and consistently provide warm, professional hospitality.
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.
