About the Role

Mawref Logistics Solutions is seeking a Facilities Engineer (Property Officer) to manage the daily operations of assigned properties in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring efficient performance, maintaining asset value, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the management and daily operations of designated properties. The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal operational efficiency, preserving the value of assets, and facilitating effective communication and coordination among tenants, owners, and other relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
• Supervise routine and emergency maintenance activities, coordinating closely with the operating company.
• Coordinate and follow up with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Oversee unit handover and takeover processes with tenants.
• Maintain effective communication with tenants, addressing complaints and observations promptly.
• Follow up on rent collection issues in coordination with tenants.
• Ensure the issuance and renewal of necessary licenses, permits, and statutory records.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports on property condition and occupancy status.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving performance and maximizing asset efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in facilities management or property operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily property operations effectively.
• Experience in coordinating with tenants, owners, and external service providers.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Mawref Logistics Solutions. The role involves working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth property operations.
