About the Role

AMNCO is seeking a Facilities Management Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth within its Facilities Management (FM) division. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in selling integrated facilities management and related services. The successful candidate will focus on securing new business from government and private sector clients across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve the company's Facilities Management growth objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with operations, engineering, procurement, and finance teams.
• Review tender documents, RFQs, and RFPs to ensure full compliance with client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close new business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and management reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent AMNCO at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in the Facilities Management industry.
• Demonstrated success in selling Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), Hard FM, Soft FM, or Technical Services.
• Strong knowledge of FM contracts, SLAs, KPIs, mobilisation, and service delivery models.
• Experience preparing technical and commercial proposals and participating in competitive tenders.
• Existing network of clients and industry contacts within Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
• Valid Saudi driving licence.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Experience working with FM service providers.
• Proven success in winning government and large corporate contracts.
• Familiarity with public procurement platforms and tendering procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of CAFM systems, asset management, and performance-based FM contracts.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must either be currently located in Riyadh or willing to relocate to the city to fulfill the requirements of the role.
