The Role of Facility Management Inspector

Egis (KSA) is seeking a Facility Management Inspector to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This permanent contract role involves facility management inspection, project oversight, and urban planning coordination. The inspector will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to project excellence by maintaining facility standards, monitoring project progress, and ensuring adherence to urban planning guidelines across the company's developments in the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive facility inspections and assessments to evaluate compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and urban planning requirements specific to Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and implement inspection protocols and checklists to standardize facility evaluation processes across all project sites.
  • Analyze inspection findings and prepare detailed reports documenting deficiencies, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and municipal authorities to ensure adherence to approved urban planning and facility management standards.
  • Monitor facility maintenance schedules and verify completion of corrective actions within established timelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all inspection records, compliance certifications, and regulatory approvals.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to track project milestones and ensure facility-related deliverables align with project timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and non-compliance issues, escalating critical findings to senior management.
  • Participate in project planning meetings to provide facility management and urban planning expertise.
  • Stay current with evolving building codes, safety regulations, and urban planning policies in Riyadh and Saudi Arabia.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in facility management inspection, project oversight, or urban planning coordination.

Work Location

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Project Management Office.
