About the Fashion Consultant Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Fashion Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to sales targets within a luxury retail environment. The consultant will play a key role in client relationship management and in-store operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
• Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
• Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure click and collect operations are conducted within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and stay updated with app offerings.
• Support in-store marketing events and activations.
• Keep abreast of all brand social media activities and campaigns.
• Drive sell-throughs within the store.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
• Provide input on what is working well and not working well within the store.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Luxury Fashion Brand.
