Role Overview

The Field Coach Trainer is responsible for coaching and training staff to deliver exceptional service, ensuring all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to meet high customer expectations. This position is critical in maintaining the brand's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, demanding a professional with a strong background in retail and a passion for coaching and development.

Key Responsibilities

Support retail managers through on-the-floor coaching, demonstrating best-in-class floor management, client experience, and team leadership.
Drive a strong feedback and coaching culture to develop, motivate, and upskill retail teams.
Accelerate the adoption of digital tools and promote an omnichannel mindset to ensure a seamless client experience in-store and online.
Monitor key performance indicators to assess impact and drive continuous improvement.
