About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Field Support ACES TREX, known internally as an ACES Specialist, to join its Last Mile Delivery operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is integral to Amazon Logistics' mission to build a world-class last-mile operation, ensuring orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively to exceed customer expectations.

Role Purpose and Impact

The ACES Specialist will drive process excellence within Amazon's Last Mile Delivery business. This position focuses on standardizing processes across Saudi Arabia operations and optimizing delivery station performance by equipping stations with the necessary knowledge and tools to enhance quality-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). A primary objective is to lead the Last Mile (LM) quality agenda, addressing complex problems with practical solutions and developing deep knowledge of operational processes. The role also involves creating effective communication plans to ensure process visibility and alignment across all impacted teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-ground support and serve as the primary contact for station management regarding process improvements and benchmarking.
• Work on effective change processes and contribute to network standardization through best practice sharing.
• Monitor logistics and delivery success using in-station and on-road performance indicators.
• Develop and execute action plans to drive current performance to benchmark rates.
• Act as a key driver for successful order execution, positively influencing customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in data analysis and leveraging analytics to make decisions.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience working with stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies.
• Experience working with operations and business teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements.
• Experience using the entire MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks.
• Ability to deep dive into operations processes and develop ideas for process challenges.
• Proactive problem-solving and a hands-on approach.
