About the Role

Senna, a consulting firm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its team. This full-time position is designed for a professional with strong financial and commercial acumen, ready to contribute to building and scaling the finance function alongside the founders and leadership team. The role requires a hands-on approach to establish robust and scalable reporting and decision-support processes within a dynamic, cross-functional setting.

Core Function and Impact

The Finance Business Partner will be instrumental in developing the financial infrastructure from the ground up. This involves not only executing financial processes but also proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and automation. The role demands a builder mindset, comfortable with establishing new systems and frameworks that support the firm's growth and strategic objectives.

Financial Planning and Business Partnering Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Partner closely with founders and business leaders to monitor and improve overall business performance.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with functional stakeholders to assess progress and inform decisions.

Reporting and Analytics Development

• Build and maintain comprehensive management reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and various analytical tools.
• Support board reporting and investor reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations teams to enhance data availability, automate reporting processes, and improve reporting accuracy.
• Help design scalable reporting infrastructure, utilizing platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools.

Controllership Support and Financial Consistency

• Work closely with Accounting and Finance Operations teams to ensure consistency and alignment between operational and financial reporting.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience. This role requires a hands-on individual with a proven ability to establish financial processes and reporting from the ground up. A strong foundation in financial analysis, commercial understanding, and a proactive, problem-solving approach are essential for success in this full-time position.
