About Autobia and the Finance Business Partner Role

Autobia is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to building and scaling the finance function alongside the founders and leadership team. The position requires a highly analytical and hands-on professional with 5-10 years of experience, combining strong financial and commercial acumen with a proactive, builder mindset.

Role Purpose and Strategic Contribution

The Finance Business Partner will operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, establishing scalable reporting and decision-support processes from the ground up. This role plays a key part in business reviews, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting, and board and investor reporting. It also involves the development of data-driven analytical tools and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Partner closely with founders and business leaders to monitor and improve business performance.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews with functional stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain management reporting packs, KPI dashboards, and analytical tools.
  • Support board reporting and investor reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with Tech and Operations teams to improve data availability, reporting automation, and reporting accuracy.
  • Help design scalable reporting infrastructure using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • Work closely with Accounting and Finance Operations teams to ensure consistency between operational and financial reporting.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will demonstrate a builder mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, and capable of working cross-functionally. This role requires an individual who can establish robust processes and leverage data for informed decision-making, contributing directly to the finance function's growth and scalability.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, with a focus on business partnering, FP&A, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to establish scalable reporting and decision-support processes.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Experience with data-driven analytical tools and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in using reporting infrastructure tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
