Vitateck Group® is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to the financial operations of the company, focusing on robust accounting practices and strategic financial guidance.

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will oversee all accounting operations, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and contribute significantly to financial analysis and strategic decision-making. This role demands strong accounting expertise combined with keen financial insight to maintain fiscal integrity and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure strict compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to support strategic planning.
• Monitor cash flow and overall financial performance of the company.
• Supervise and provide guidance to members of the accounting team.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external audits.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve accounting processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting management.
• Demonstrated strong accounting expertise and a solid understanding of financial principles.
• Proven financial insight and analytical capabilities for strategic decision support.
• Ability to effectively lead, mentor, and develop an accounting team.
