About the Role

Ahtarafion is seeking a Finance Officer on behalf of a well-established client in the manufacturing sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically in Industrial Area 2. The role involves managing daily accounting functions, maintaining financial records, and supporting reporting and compliance processes within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, and receipts, in the accounting system.
Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy in records.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze variances.
Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations (*, VAT, Zakat) and support audit processes.
Organize and maintain all financial documents and accounting files.
Assist with internal control implementation and financial reporting accuracy.
Provide day-to-day support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial company.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or other ERP systems.

Required Skills

Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within an established manufacturing company located in Industrial Area 2. The role requires collaboration with a finance team and adherence to industry-specific accounting practices.
