FMS Supervisor

About the Role

Alsafwa Hospital by Majesty is seeking an experienced FMS Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing the daily operations of facility management to ensure high standards of maintenance and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management operations, ensuring buildings, equipment, and infrastructure are maintained to high standards.
• Supervise safety programs, ensuring compliance with occupational health, fire safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify hazards, risks, and maintenance needs.
• Lead emergency preparedness planning, including evacuation drills, fire safety protocols, and crisis response.
• Manage vendor contracts and monitor service delivery for maintenance, security, and safety systems.
• Train and guide staff on safety procedures, workplace hazards, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare reports on facility performance, safety audits, and incident investigations for senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and safety incidents.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in facility management or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
