The Role: Government Relations Specialist

JCV is seeking a Government Relations Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the company's smooth operation by managing all interactions with government authorities and maintaining full compliance with local laws and regulations. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating necessary approvals and documentation across various governmental platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all interactions with government authorities to obtain, renew, and follow up on required permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws, regulations, and government requirements applicable to company operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all official correspondence with government entities.
• Assist in processing visa, residency, and labor-related documentation for employees.
• Manage SADAD payments, including government fees, fines, and official charges.
• Administer all activities related to the Muqeem platform, including residency issuance, renewal, transfers, and updates.
• Coordinate with Tamm (Traffic Department) for vehicle registrations, renewals, violations, and related services.
• Handle all transactions with immigration, including visas, residency services, and employee records.
• Manage company accounts and services on the Balady platform, ensuring municipality-related compliance and approvals.
• Coordinate with Civil Defense (Salama) for safety certifications, inspections, and compliance requirements.
• Manage and follow up on registrations and services through the Logistic Platform (Ministry of Transport) to ensure compliance with transportation regulations.

Regulatory Adherence and Stakeholder Engagement

A core aspect of this role involves ensuring the company's continuous adherence to all applicable Saudi laws and government regulations. The specialist will serve as a primary liaison, facilitating effective communication and maintaining strong relationships with various government bodies. This includes meticulous record-keeping of all official interactions and documentation to support operational integrity.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in government relations or a similar field, demonstrating a solid understanding of Saudi regulatory frameworks and government processes.
