About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on creating a memorable and unique experience for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of services to guide guests through their entire stay, taking initiative to address their needs.
Process operational requirements and respond to guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Share information about local attractions and highlights to enhance the guest experience.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience
