About the Role

Marriott Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of services that guide guests throughout their stay, taking initiative to address their needs.
Process operational requirements and respond to guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and share information about local attractions and highlights.
Ensure all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times.

Operational Standards and Requirements

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe workplace.
Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
Uphold quality standards in all aspects of service delivery.
Be prepared for physical demands including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Engage in hands-on tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
