Leader Investment Group is seeking a Head of Product & Offering to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with over 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Head of Product & Offering will be responsible for developing and managing the group's offer catalogue. This involves transforming existing capabilities into clear, market-ready, and commercially viable offers. The role requires close collaboration with business sectors, marketing, and sales leaders to launch new products, with the mandate to build this function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the offer strategy and a 3-year roadmap across all group capabilities.
• Plan new offers based on market and client needs, defining problem, value, scope, and engagement model.
• Establish standards for offers and manage the launch gate process before market release.
• Design integrated offers that combine multiple capabilities into a single client proposition.
• Define offer components, pricing logic, and billable milestones with clear acceptance criteria.
• Monitor offer development with business sectors and escalate issues as needed.
• Track win rates and margins, making decisions on offer refresh, bundling, or retirement.
• Monitor government programs, regulations, and competitors, providing regular market insights.
• Build and lead a small, high-quality team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven commercial ownership of an offer portfolio, with a track record of successful and profitable offers.
• Experience leading a team of 5 or more professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government procurement, Etimad, and the regulatory context (NCA, PDPL, local content).
• Ability to lead through influence within a matrix organization.
• Executive-quality writing and presentation skills.
