The Role: Head of Sales Real Estate

Huspy is seeking a Head of Sales Real Estate to lead the sales strategy and revenue performance for its Riyadh operations. This full-time position requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading a team of Sales Managers and Property Consultants. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving sales execution and market growth within the local real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall sales strategy and revenue performance for the Riyadh business.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Property Consultants.
Set sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent execution against monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
Build a strong performance culture with clear accountability across the sales organization.
Monitor individual and team performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversion.
Develop and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, lead allocation, and conversion strategies.
Use market insights and performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Riyadh residential and commercial real estate market, including key developers, projects, communities, pricing, customer behavior, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, investors, and other key stakeholders in the Riyadh real estate ecosystem.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product, and other teams to improve lead generation, customer experience, and sales effectiveness.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reporting, and market insights to senior leadership.

Candidate Qualifications

Strong track record of leading and scaling real estate sales teams and consistently achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Deep knowledge of the Riyadh property market and established relationships within the local real estate ecosystem.
Demonstrated experience managing managers and/or large teams of property consultants.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into clear sales strategies and execution plans.
Excellent leadership, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, target-driven environment.
