Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm with operations in 15 countries, is seeking a Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist. This full-time position is based in the Riyadh Regional Headquarters office and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in technical support.

Position Overview

The Helpdesk Technical Support Specialist will join the Technology Team to provide support for attorneys and professional staff. This role operates within a 24x7 phone-based call center environment, demanding efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex technical issues at the initial point of contact.
• Utilize customer service skills to effectively support a demanding client base.
• Assist with other departmental activities as needed and perform additional assigned duties.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of prior experience in technical support.
• Relevant education in a related field.
• Proficiency in required technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and client service.

Work Schedule and Environment

This is an in-office position located at the Riyadh Regional Headquarters, reporting to the Helpdesk Supervisor. The role requires flexibility to work overtime as needed. Available shifts include:

• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Riyadh Time
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Riyadh Time
