About the Hospitality Offering Manager Role

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Hospitality Offering Manager to lead and manage its portfolio of hospitality solutions. Based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this full-time position is critical for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction within the hospitality industry. The role focuses on delivering innovative and reliable solutions that enhance guest experiences and improve operational efficiency. The Hospitality Offering Manager will report directly to the GM of Hospitality Solutions and will operate in a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the hospitality industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Lead a team of sales and technical professionals to deliver customer service and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and solutions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or Product / Offering Management roles within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Experience in leading and managing a team.
• Knowledge of Honeywell's hospitality solutions or similar products.
• Ability to travel as needed.
