Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to maintaining the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Role Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This includes ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet established quality and cleanliness standards. The role involves direct supervision of the housekeeping team and coordination with other departments to deliver consistent service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and overseeing members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
• Conduct routine inspections of checkout rooms, spot inspections of occupied rooms, and review service areas, storage, and corridors to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate maintenance needs by reporting and promptly following up on any facility concerns or issues.
• Oversee special projects, such as scheduling and supervising periodic deep cleaning and other special housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory and equipment, maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper maintenance of housekeeping tools and machinery.
• Ensure excellent guest service, including managing VIP and special guest requests effectively.
