About the HR Internship

MS Pharma is offering an HR Internship opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources department across various functions, including:

• Assisting in posting job vacancies and internship opportunities through approved channels.
• Supporting the screening of CVs and applications based on role requirements.
• Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
• Following up with candidates regarding interview arrangements, assessments, and required documents.
• Maintaining candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners and interns.
• Assisting in preparing onboarding documents, welcome emails, and joining checklists.
• Supporting the organization of employee engagement initiatives, events, and awareness campaigns.
• Assisting in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.

Compliance and Government-Related HR Support

This role offers exposure to HR processes related to Saudi labor requirements, Saudization initiatives, and HRDF programs, where applicable. The intern will support the HR team in organizing documents required for internal or external HR processes, gaining insight into local regulatory compliance.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience, making this an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or individuals at the start of their HR career.
