About MEMF Electrical Industries Co.

MEMF Electrical Industries Co., the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supports Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure by providing locally engineered and high-quality electrical products. The Role of HRBP Manager

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking an HRBP Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves strategically partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives. The HRBP Manager will lead comprehensive HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and fostering a productive work environment within a manufacturing and industrial context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage performance management and employee appraisal processes.
  • Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Manage HR operations across government platforms (such as Qiwa), including contracts, transfers, and regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead organizational design initiatives, including organizational structures, job architecture, and workforce planning.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Support talent management, succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor HR KPIs and provide data-driven insights to improve productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal company policies.
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership on people-related initiatives and organizational development.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial organizations.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial setting. The role requires active engagement with various business units and a commitment to maintaining high standards of HR practice and compliance.
