About Risk Wise and the Role

Risk Wise is seeking a qualified HSE Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This contract position involves contributing to a project with prominent companies in the region, focusing on maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

The HSE Inspector will be responsible for ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Key duties include:

• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Monitoring the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safe work practices by all personnel.
• Investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses, preparing detailed reports, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensuring that all project activities comply with local and international HSE standards and client requirements.
• Providing guidance and support to project teams on HSE-related matters and promoting a strong safety culture.
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections, incidents, and HSE performance metrics.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should demonstrate a solid background in health, safety, and environmental inspection. Essential requirements include:

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an HSE Inspector, preferably within a project-based environment.
• Proven ability to conduct thorough inspections, identify risks, and implement effective control measures.
• Strong understanding of relevant HSE regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Project Duration and Work Type

This is a contract position with an anticipated project duration of 3 months. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to significant projects within Saudi Arabia.
