About the Role

*** is building one of the world's most trusted technology and supply chain ecosystems. As a NASDAQ-listed, Fortune 44 global enterprise serving over 700 million active customers, *** operates across retail, logistics, technology, property, and more. This Human Resources Business Partner position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will support the company's expanding activities in the Middle East and the Saudi Arabian region.

Role Context and Objectives

The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate closely with the senior leadership and leadership teams of JD's logistics division. The primary objective is to align HR initiatives with business goals, foster talent development, and establish a high-performance culture within the logistics operations. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to JD's success in a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with logistics leadership to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support to enhance organizational performance.
  • Lead talent management processes, including performance reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet JD’s staffing needs in Saudi logistics operations.
  • Manage employee relations, ensure a positive work environment, and address performance or behavioral issues in compliance with Saudi labor laws and local regulations.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives aligned with JD’s global vision.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant local employment standards.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to continuously improve HR programs and processes.
  • Promote employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion to strengthen JD’s work culture.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of HR Business Partner experience is required.
  • A background in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry, including its operational challenges and talent needs.
  • Solid experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regional HR best practices.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the *** team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
