Human Resources Manager, Riyadh

Kayan Recruitment LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join a clinic in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, offering a very attractive salary package for the right candidate.

About the Role

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive HR operations from end-to-end. This includes managing recruitment processes, facilitating employee onboarding, handling employee relations, and implementing performance management systems. The role also involves developing and enforcing HR policies to ensure a compliant and supportive work environment within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Possess comprehensive knowledge and hands-on expertise in Saudi Labor Law and regulations issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
Ensure organizational compliance across all HR functions, including employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat), payroll, and Wage Protection System adherence.
Manage employee records (Qiwa, GOSI), leave administration, and benefits.
Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
Establish and enforce internal HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Manage recruitment processes in line with national regulations, including requirements for expatriate employment.
Oversee employee relations and grievance procedures.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate selection processes.
Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR reporting and analytics.
Develop HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and support training and development activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience within Saudi Arabia.
