About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an HVAC Technician to join the team at Kimpton KAFD Riyadh. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves maintaining critical hotel systems to ensure operational efficiency and guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel premises.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas related to air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Monitor the performance of HVAC equipment and report any issues that require corrective action.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental procedures, supporting the hotel's sustainability initiatives through efficient energy usage.
• Assist the Engineering team with general maintenance tasks as required and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all engineering work is completed safely and to the highest standards.

Role Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or a related technical field. A foundational understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems is essential for this role.
