About Agility Logistics (KSA)

Agility Logistics (KSA) is seeking a dedicated Technician - HVAC to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining the operational integrity of industrial HVAC-R systems within the company's facilities.

Role Overview

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive management of industrial HVAC-R equipment. This includes installation, thorough inspection, routine maintenance, and effective troubleshooting to ensure all systems operate efficiently and reliably, supporting critical logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC-R systems and components to evaluate their condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance measures.
• Fabricate equipment parts to meet specific needs or replace unavailable components.
• Install new HVAC-R equipment and systems according to specifications.
• Perform repairs on HVAC-R systems and their components to restore functionality.
• Coordinate effectively with the HVAC-R Foreman/Supervisor to ensure efficient completion of projects and work orders.
• Prepare detailed written reports, including work order status and activity logs, for documenting tasks and conveying essential information.
• Request necessary equipment and supplies to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure the availability of items required for installations and repairs.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, both during and after regular hours, to address immediate safety concerns.
• Attend relevant meetings, workshops, and training sessions to acquire information necessary for efficient job performance.
• Adhere strictly to all established standards, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in refrigeration, plant control, troubleshooting, and corrective/preventive maintenance of various freezer and chiller systems.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in operating power tools, gauges, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, sketches, manuals, and work orders.
• Strong ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with co-workers, architects/engineers, and other professionals.
• Capability to maintain simple records and prepare accurate reports.
