The Role of In Process Water Treatment Technician

Nova Water is seeking an In process Water Treatment Technician to join its team in Rumah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to ensuring the quality of both in-process water and final bottled water products. The technician will be responsible for monitoring and testing these products to ensure strict adherence to physical and chemical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor established Control Points and Critical Control Points for bottled water products according to the sampling plan.
• Perform calibration of measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
• Validate measurements following any machine repair, adjustment, or maintenance, including parameters such as caps torque and fill volume.
• Hold suspect or affected products for thorough inspection before their release.
• Ensure that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene standards are consistently followed in the production lines.
• Update all relevant reports related to Quality Control (QC) and SAP systems.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a bottled water or beverage company.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Ability to apply comprehensive knowledge independently and provide guidance or training to others.
• Strong verbal communication skills for expressing ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in analyzing data trends for reporting and decision-making support.
• Capability to plan, organize, prioritize, and oversee activities to achieve business objectives efficiently.
