Information Technology Sales Manager

About the Role

Green Start Management Consultancy is seeking an Information Technology Sales Manager for a leading multinational IT Services company. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a results-driven sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in the GCC market. The role focuses on both new business acquisition and managing existing accounts, specifically within IT Services and Quality Assurance (QA) Services sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across GCC countries.
• Manage and expand existing enterprise accounts.
• Sell IT Services, including Digital, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, and Quality Assurance (QA/Testing Services).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for solution positioning and successful deal execution.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in IT Services Sales within the GCC region, with a preference for Dubai-based experience. This role requires a strong track record in acquiring new logos and growing existing accounts.

Required Experience and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in IT Services Sales within the GCC.
• Proven success in new logo acquisition and account growth.
• Experience selling QA/Testing Services in conjunction with other IT services.
• Exposure to enterprise and large-scale deals.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven sales environment.
