Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generator) Role

FedEx is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generator) to join the team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The role involves completing defined processes and procedures accurately and on deadline, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete defined processes and procedures within established deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards.
• Identify anomalies as they arise during daily operations.
• Resolve issues using judgment based on established rules and procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only.
• The offer letter is conditional and subject to the issuance of a residence visa under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• The effective start date is subject to the candidate completing all residence visa and work permit formalities.
