About the Role

Riyadh Cement Company (RCC) is seeking an IT Applications Lead to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves taking full ownership of the delivery, support, and management of all non-SAP business applications. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and will ensure the reliability, support, and continuous improvement of critical systems that underpin core operations, working under the IT Applications Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume full operational responsibility for all non-SAP business applications, ensuring their availability, performance, support, and enhancements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business users, resolving issues and translating business requirements into actionable improvements.
• Lead the delivery of new applications and enhancements, managing projects from requirements gathering through to go-live.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with application vendors and implementation partners, monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and driving quality.
• Maintain reliable integration between non-SAP applications and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Ensure all applications comply with IT governance, change management, access control, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following essential skills:

• Proven hands-on problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and support applications directly.
• Strong experience in application support and lifecycle management, including incident, problem, change, and enhancement processes.
• Solid understanding of application integration concepts, such as APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Experience coordinating with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Strong business engagement skills, including the ability to collaborate directly with business users and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices.

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Functional experience integrating applications with SAP S/4HANA.
• SQL and reporting knowledge for data troubleshooting and insights.
• Experience within industrial, manufacturing, or Tadawul-listed environments.
• Exposure to customer portals, logistics/weighbridge systems, or GRC/compliance applications.

This role operates within the IT department, reporting directly to the IT Applications Manager. The position is full-time and based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
