About the IT Business Partner Role

Almarai, a leading food and beverage company in the MENA region, is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports the company's ongoing expansion and strategic growth initiatives by ensuring IT requirements are met through the efficient and effective utilization of resources.

Role Purpose and Context

The core purpose of this role is to align IT capabilities with divisional needs. The IT Business Partner will be instrumental in ensuring that people, processes, tools, and technologies are leveraged effectively to meet business objectives and support Almarai's continued success in the dynamic FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient and effective use of IT resources to meet divisional requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to understand and address their IT needs.
• Support the implementation and optimization of IT solutions.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of IT projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated experience in Software Development and IT Project Management.
• Proven experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is required.
