About the Role

Cielo Talent is partnering with an established client in the healthcare and hospital network sector, which is undergoing expansion across the Middle East. We are seeking an IT PMO Medical to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects specifically related to the hospital’s medical activities, ensuring successful execution in collaboration with clinical and IT teams while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects related to medical operations and clinical activities.
• Ensure project governance aligns with PMO standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with Medical Leadership, Nursing, Quality, and Clinical teams.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors effectively.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive project reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
• Support change management initiatives and facilitate end-user training.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Mandatory experience within a hospital or healthcare environment.

Specialized Project Experience

Candidates must demonstrate proven experience in projects related to:

• Medical operations
• Nursing services
• Quality management
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR)
• Clinical applications

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic healthcare network undergoing significant expansion.
