About the Role

2P Perfect Presentation is seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on operating and supporting IT security processes and enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and support SOC and IT Security Operations processes.
• Manage, configure, troubleshoot, and implement enterprise security solutions, including Check Point, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Proxy, VPN, F5 Load Balancer, IPS, IDS, SIEM, AV, EDR, NDR, and XDR.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve security vulnerabilities and configuration issues.
• Monitor IT security systems and contribute to maintaining ** service availability.
• Support security infrastructure upgrades, technology rollouts, and transformation projects.
• Prepare and maintain network/infrastructure diagrams, SOPs, maintenance plans, health reports, and status reports.
• Support backup and recovery activities.
• Perform Data Center device checks, hardware diagnostics, cabling, mounting, and hardware replacement when required.
• Coordinate with relevant infrastructure and security teams to maintain secure and reliable operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT Security, Information Security, Security Operations, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls and security solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of network security, security monitoring, and incident troubleshooting.
• Ability to work effectively within SOC and IT Security Operations environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring collaboration with various infrastructure and security teams to ensure secure and reliable operations.
