Jaadin Contracting & Consulting is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is integral to managing the company's daily financial operations and supporting its project teams with accurate financial data.

Role Overview

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for core accounting functions, including the recording of transactions, maintenance of general ledgers, and preparation of periodic financial statements. The role requires close collaboration with project teams and management to ensure timely and precise financial reporting, contributing to the overall financial health and compliance of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular bank statement reconciliations.
• Support budgeting activities and assist with cost tracking for various projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant accounting standards and local financial regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
• Provide support for internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferably 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge and practical understanding will also be considered.
• Proficiency and experience in using accounting software and ERP systems.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting principles.
• Ability to maintain accurate project-wise costing, expenses, revenues, and profitability records.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control methodologies.
• Ability to prepare Profit & Loss statements, financial summaries, project cost reports, and management reports.
• Knowledge of VAT and basic accounting compliance requirements is considered an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Accounting or Finance are an advantage, but not mandatory.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple accounting tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Capability to work independently while also coordinating effectively with management, operations, procurement, and project teams as required.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Junior Accountant will operate within a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
