About the Role

Link x Talent is seeking a Key Account Executive (Automotive) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving the acquisition of vehicle dealers and automotive merchants for an online marketplace. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying potential partners, fostering strong relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new vehicle merchants, including new and used car dealerships and automotive showrooms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive merchants to increase platform adoption.
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Explain the platform's features, benefits, and value proposition to prospective merchants.
Negotiate commercial agreements and close partnership deals.
Assist merchants with account registration, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful merchant activation.
Monitor merchant performance and encourage active listing of vehicle inventory.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Achieve monthly and quarterly merchant acquisition targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with a proven track record in key account management, specifically within the automotive sector. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage relationships and drive business development in a dynamic market.

Experience and Qualifications

5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to acquire and onboard new business partners.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Experience in the automotive industry is essential.
