Boutique Group is seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation expected within a luxury hotel environment. The role requires a commitment to quality and efficient service delivery.

The Role of Laundry Attendant

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for performing various tasks related to the processing of linens, uniforms, and guest laundry. This position emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness, ensuring that all items consistently meet the hotel's high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the delivery of exceptional laundry services by maintaining high cleanliness standards and meticulous attention to detail.
Assist with guest laundry requests promptly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction.
Perform daily laundry tasks, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens and garments.
Operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures for different types of fabrics.
Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards before delivery.
Report any damaged or stained items to the Laundry Supervisor for further action.
Collaborate with the laundry team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication regarding laundry needs.
Participate in team meetings to discuss workloads, challenges, and service improvements.
Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations relevant to laundry operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant or in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
