Laundry Supervisor

About the Role

Little Kitchen Help is seeking an experienced Laundry Supervisor to manage laundry operations for a private hospitality establishment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising daily activities, managing operational teams, and ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day laundry operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Allocate manpower effectively based on operational requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling, shift assignments, and daily tasks.
• Support and supervise laundry attendants and operational team members.
• Monitor washing, drying, pressing, folding, and finishing processes.
• Ensure correct handling of various fabrics, garments, and linens.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, quality control, and garment care.
• Conduct regular quality checks and address operational issues promptly.
• Ensure consistent achievement of required turnaround times.
• Monitor productivity and staff performance.
• Train and guide team members on laundry procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Report equipment problems, damaged garments, or operational concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Support management in maintaining efficient and organized laundry operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laundry operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, private residence, palace, or high-standard commercial laundry operation is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage daily laundry operations and allocate manpower effectively.
• Experience in staff scheduling and shift coordination.
• Strong understanding of quality control and operational standards.
• Good knowledge of garment handling, fabric care, and laundry processes.
• Ability to maintain required turnaround times under operational pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, disciplined, and capable of working effectively within a structured operational environment.

Compensation

The salary for this position is SAR 5,500 per month, in addition to benefits.
