We are seeking a Legal Counsel, Associate to join our team in Riyadh on a full-time basis. Purpose of the Role

The Legal Counsel, Associate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support specifically to Ma'aden's Aluminum division. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position involves assisting with a range of legal matters critical to business operations, including contract review, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating legal risks, and offering general counsel on business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Develop and implement legal strategies and business plans to ensure the achievement of departmental and organizational objectives.
• Formulate and communicate legal policies and procedures across Ma'aden to safeguard compliance and ensure alignment with the overall corporate business plan.
• Provide regular and ad hoc legal consultation and advisory services to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
• Stay informed on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in a legal capacity.

Work Setting and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic and growing organization. The role operates within the legal department, providing dedicated support to the Aluminum division.
