The Manager in Training Role in Riyadh

St. Regis is seeking a Manager in Training (Saudi Only) to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position designed for individuals ready to develop into a management role within the luxury hospitality sector. The role focuses on upholding the brand's commitment to exquisite guest experiences and uncompromising service standards.

Key Responsibilities and Development

• Learning and applying the operational standards and service protocols of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.
• Developing skills in delivering bespoke and anticipatory service to guests.
• Understanding and implementing the signature Butler Service.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Participating in training programs aimed at fostering leadership and management capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates must be Saudi nationals.
