About the Role

Management Solutions International (MSI) is seeking a Contract Manager (Facilities Management) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to managing contracts across their entire lifecycle, from initial planning and negotiation through to execution, administration, and closeout. The role ensures that all contractual agreements protect the organization's commercial, legal, and operational interests while supporting strategic business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Role Scope and Governance

The Contract Manager provides disciplined contract governance, maintains accurate and auditable records, and monitors obligations and performance. This role involves managing changes and commercial exposure, and coordinating the timely resolution of contractual matters. Serving as the principal point of contact for contract-related issues, the manager will collaborate closely with legal, procurement, finance, operations, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee contract preparation and development.
  • Lead contract negotiation processes.
  • Manage contract administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual terms and applicable requirements.
  • Manage contractual risks and claims effectively.
  • Monitor contract performance against agreed-upon metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on contract-related matters.
  • Provide financial and commercial oversight for contracts.
  • Manage contract changes and variations.
  • Prepare reports, conduct analysis, and drive continuous improvement in contract management processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing contracts across the full lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, administration, change control, claims, and closeout.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • A master's degree, MBA, or postgraduate qualification in contracts, commercial management, or law is preferred.

Preferred Certifications and Training

  • Professional certification such as MRICS, MCIPS, PMP, CPCM, CCM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
  • Formal training in contract law, claims management, negotiation, or dispute resolution is advantageous.
