The Role: Marketing Trainee Loyalty

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Marketing Trainee Loyalty to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the implementation and optimization of loyalty programs across various markets. The trainee will support the global loyalty team in coordinating initiatives, reporting performance, and ensuring smooth program operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Trainee Loyalty will be responsible for a range of tasks supporting loyalty program initiatives, including:

• Acting as a liaison between the global loyalty team and local market stakeholders.
• Supporting the implementation and localization of loyalty initiatives, promotions, and benefit structures.
• Maintaining trackers for market launch progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key KPIs such as member acquisition, engagement, and redemption.
• Assisting in the analysis of loyalty program data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Supporting operational readiness for market launches, including system configuration, QA testing, and content coordination.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, CVP, CRM, Legal, Ops, Tech) to ensure program delivery.
• Acting as a primary contact for store staff inquiries related to loyalty programs.
• Creating training materials and guides to facilitate program understanding and conducting refresher sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Marketing Trainee Loyalty position should meet the following criteria:

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally within a marketing or loyalty-focused environment.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to assist with data reporting and trend identification.
• Proactive approach to supporting program operations and problem-solving.
