About the Role

Mawhiba is seeking a Marketing Unit Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to executing Mawhiba’s institutional marketing strategies and campaigns. The manager will work to strengthen the corporate image and highlight the organization's programmes and achievements both locally and internationally, supporting Mawhiba’s strategic objectives by promoting a culture of giftedness and creativity among target audiences.

Key Responsibilities Overview

The Marketing Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing initiatives. This includes managing campaigns across various channels, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves fostering key relationships with agencies and partners, coordinating with internal units, and leading a team to achieve strategic communication goals.

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management

• Execute the annual marketing plan for Mawhiba’s programmes and initiatives in coordination with relevant departments to ensure consistent messaging and achievement of communication objectives.
• Prepare detailed timelines for promotional and advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery within approved schedules and budgets.
• Contribute to the preparation of promotional materials for national and international events to support Mawhiba’s media presence and overall coverage.
• Design and manage integrated marketing and advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase awareness of Mawhiba’s programmes and initiatives.
• Develop interactive digital marketing content to strengthen audience loyalty and increase engagement across digital platforms.
• Develop marketing messages and creative content that communicate Mawhiba’s values and highlight its impact in empowering gifted individuals.
• Manage Mawhiba’s brand and ensure consistent application of its visual identity across all marketing and advertising materials.

Market Analysis and Stakeholder Engagement

• Analyze markets and target audiences to identify their needs and understand factors influencing their decisions.
• Utilize market and audience insights to support the development of targeted and effective marketing campaigns.
• Prepare monthly and annual marketing performance reports to assess impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage marketing relationships with advertising agencies and production companies to ensure campaigns are delivered to required quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate advertising agencies and suppliers to ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with Mawhiba’s institutional standards.
• Coordinate with the Planning Unit to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with operational plans and targeted performance indicators.
• Prepare joint marketing plans for partnerships and conferences in collaboration with the Partner Relations Department to strengthen the visibility of collaborative initiatives.
• Analyze global trends in institutional and educational marketing and propose innovative marketing initiatives that support continuous development.

Team Leadership and Performance Management

• Participate in identifying and recruiting key talent.
• Guide direct reports in carrying out their responsibilities in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Set individual performance objectives, provide the required support, evaluate team performance, and provide ongoing feedback.
• Create a high-performance work environment and promote Mawhiba’s values.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another field relevant to the role.
• Minimum of 6 years of total professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
