About the Role

Fresha is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Moderator to join its Professional Services Team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves collaborating with partners to capture high-quality images that enhance their marketplace profiles, ensuring they meet Fresha's standards for quality and branding. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan photography sessions with partners, coordinating around their availability and business needs.
• Travel to partner locations to photograph businesses, focusing on ambiance, services, and unique features.
• Ensure all captured images align with Fresha's branding guidelines and quality standards for marketplace profiles.
• Edit and retouch images to achieve a professional and polished appearance.
• Manage the upload, categorization, and updating of images on partner profiles, ensuring they reach an approved status.
• Communicate with partners to provide guidance on photo shoots, manage expectations, and explain the value of enhanced profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sessions, and image uploads for internal tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely profile updates and address any image quality or approval issues.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• A valid driving license and access to a car are essential for travel to partner locations.
