About the Role

Saudi Arabian Drug Store Company is seeking a Medical Representative to join its team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Dammam, and Abha, within the Riyadh region of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on promoting pharmaceutical products, supporting sales growth, and contributing to the company's objectives in the healthcare market. This position is subject to Saudization regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will be responsible for a range of activities aimed at product promotion, customer relationship management, and market intelligence. Key responsibilities include:

• Promoting pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals to achieve territory objectives.
• Conducting daily visits to physicians and pharmacists.
• Providing approved medical information on products, including usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Distributing product samples and marketing materials to target audiences.
• Building strong relationships with target customers to enhance territory knowledge.
• Segmenting and targeting high-potential customers, such as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and selected physicians.
• Providing feedback to management regarding customer needs, product access, and competitor activities.
• Diagnosing local market drivers and designing effective territory action plans.
• Developing and executing comprehensive territory business plans.
• Preparing reports in accordance with manager’s recommendations.
• Organizing promotional activities and company-hosted meetings.
• Capturing and sharing competitor activity and market insights.
• Attending regular sales and cycle meetings to provide feedback and updates.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a well-experienced pharmacist with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to market engagement and a commitment to achieving sales objectives.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in a medical representative capacity.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based across multiple key cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Dammam, and Abha. The role involves daily field visits and engagement with healthcare professionals within these territories.
