The Medical Science Liaison Role

NewBridge Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead scientific engagement for its portfolio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is field-based and non-promotional, focusing on peer-to-peer scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and generating actionable medical insights that shape strategy and improve patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and relevant stakeholders.
• Lead high-quality scientific discussions on disease states, clinical data, and treatment paradigms.
• Deliver educational presentations and support scientific exchange platforms, including advisory boards, symposia, and congresses.
• Provide balanced, accurate, and timely medical information to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders.
• Capture and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategies.
• Act as a therapeutic area expert within the organization.
• Support evidence generation activities such as Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS), publications, and research collaborations.
• Contribute to medical strategy execution and cross-functional initiatives.
• Support the development and review of scientific materials.

Compliance and Governance

• Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and patient-centricity.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Medical Science Liaison position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar medical or scientific liaison role.

This is a full-time, field-based role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring engagement with stakeholders across the region.
