Role Overview

Linnk Group is seeking a Microsoft Purview DLP Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, and managing data protection and classification solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment. The specialist will contribute to strengthening our data security posture through advanced Purview capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Microsoft Purview DLP policies across endpoints, email, Teams, and cloud applications.
• Create Document Fingerprinting / Exact Data Match (EDM) classifiers for sensitive business documents.
• Develop and customize Sensitive Information Types (SITs) and trainable classifiers.
• Configure Microsoft Intune compliance/configuration policies and integrate them with Conditional Access.
• Manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB), including app discovery, risk controls, and shadow IT.
• Investigate DLP alerts and continuously tune policies to reduce false positives.
• Support enterprise-wide data classification, sensitivity labeling, and DLP rollouts.
• Utilize Microsoft Graph/API for automation and reporting where required.
• Document configurations, policies, and procedures for audit and handover purposes.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience, with specific qualifications as follows:

• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 Security/Compliance.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview.
• Proven production experience implementing Purview DLP.
• Hands-on experience with Document Fingerprinting/EDM.
• Experience creating and customizing SITs and trainable classifiers.
• Strong experience with Intune + Conditional Access.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB).
• Participation in at least one end-to-end DLP/data classification rollout.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires dedicated on-site presence to collaborate with the team and manage security solutions effectively.
