Overview of the MRP Supervisor Role

Almarai Company is seeking an MRP Supervisor to join their team in Al-Kharj. This full-time position involves overseeing the activities of Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure effective planning and control of material and ingredient stock levels within the CPP manufacturing environment. The role requires leveraging SAP and analytical skills to manage service levels and working capital, while considering lead times, seasonal demands, and storage availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Supply Planning Supervisors to ensure all activities and deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Generate and manage purchase requisitions within SAP to maintain agreed stock levels for packaging and ingredients.
• Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing teams to resolve supply chain issues and manage their impact on Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Manage assigned working capital effectively by maintaining optimal stock levels through detailed planning and regular reviews.
• Coordinate delivery schedules from local suppliers, considering warehouse capacity and space limitations.
• Ensure maximum efficiency and full optimization of the Blow and Injection Moulding facility.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply planning or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia, within Almarai Company's manufacturing operations.
