About the Operation Supervisor Role

Ferrari Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Supervisor to join its Logistics team in Riyadh. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing and managing end-to-end import/export operations and the domestic transportation network. The role ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and timely execution of shipments, while also leading and supporting the coordination team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise end-to-end import and export operations, including shipment scheduling, customs clearance, and final delivery or pickup.
  • Coordinate with international network offices, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Monitor shipment progress, KPIs, and operational performance, proactively resolving delays and bottlenecks.
  • Manage operational escalations involving customs delays, documentation issues, shipment damage, and service disruptions.
  • Ensure accurate shipment tracking, status updates, and Proof of Delivery (POD) management within systems.
  • Maintain compliance with Saudi customs regulations and international trade requirements.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Lead, coach, and support the coordination team, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Advanced proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and shipment tracking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customs documentation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in import/export operations, freight forwarding, or logistics, including supervisory responsibilities, is required. Strong knowledge of Saudi customs regulations and international trade compliance is highly preferred.

Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The offered salary ranges from SAR 9,000 to SAR 10,000 per month.
