Operations Supervisor

About the Role

Base Career is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing workflows, monitoring team performance, and ensuring effective service delivery. The position combines operational management with sales performance monitoring, CRM oversight, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise workflows and monitor the performance of Sales Consultants and frontline teams, including targets, productivity, and customer follow-up.
• Oversee CRM data quality, updates, lead management, and follow-up processes.
• Coordinate orders, availability, deliveries, and operational requirements with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners.
• Monitor vehicle orders, supply schedules, shipments, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Support B2C and B2B sales operations and contribute to achieving commercial targets.
• Analyze performance data, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management and provide coaching to team members.
• Resolve issues with internal departments, ensure compliance with company policies, and support resource planning and operational initiatives.
